Kindle-Vella is going the way of the Dodo...

Well, I may not have won Novello's September challenge, with my entry Dead Memories - but I have submitted an entry for the October challenge, Vivus Pulchra Machina. (Yes, that's Latin.) 

I have been writing at Medium.com for several years now. It has been a really great outlet for sharing my grief journey. Over the years I have watched Medium grow and as a result, I have come to realize just how out of touch I am with so many things in the digital writing arenas - all the various publications on Medium being one of them. 

Today I received conformation that I am now a Goodreads verified author! It was the perfect little pat on the back especially considering I am feeling salty about the all-too-common author rejections/writing challenge losses that I've experienced recently. 

I just joined the online writing/reading platform, Novelo and entered their September challenge. To win, I need reads and follows. (Sounds familiar, right?)
